My name is Lucie and I been doing pole for 10 years and teaching over 3 years now . I am qualified and teaching beginner pole , intermediate pole , heels classes, aerial hoop, Lyra lollipop and strength and conditioning. My studio is specialised in private pole fitness training, but we have group class too. Pole is great full body workout, suitable to any shape and any age .

1 : 3 private PT Pole session (1 hour) £15 each

Open house (come use the gym) 1 hour without PT £10
